Axiom at DPW AMS | Booth 35.

Amsterdam, we’re coming back.

DPW is one of the few events where procurement leaders, technology innovators and practitioners can get together to talk honestly about what is changing, what is not working and what needs to happen next. It holds a special place in our history.

This year, Axiom will be at Booth 35, ready to talk about tail spend, procurement automation, E-sourcing, AP and the future of procurement technology.

Come and say hello, or register to what we've got planned! 👇

Catch Axiom on Day 1

On Day 1 at 14:55-15:20, Axiom co-founder Alistair Cane will join a panel with:
The panel will bring together three distinct perspectives on a question that sits at the heart of procurement transformation: how can organisations create meaningful value when their processes, data and operating models are not yet fit for purpose? Patrick Foelck, who has led Roche’s digital procurement programme since 2018, Kathryn Thompson, bringing a consulting perspective from Deloitte’s client base, and Alistair Cane, exploring the role of technology, content and data, will join moderator Bertrand Maltaverne to examine what it really takes for Procurement to move beyond savings reporting and become a genuine driver of value, P&L impact and growth.

Framed by DPW’s 2026 theme, RECODE, the conversation will move from the value question to the practical transformation choices that follow. Too many procurement transformation programmes layer AI on top of broken processes and fragmented data, creating plenty of activity but very little progress. Without solid content, data and operating-model foundations, technology does not solve the underlying problem. It simply helps organisations get to chaos faster.

The panel will explore what those foundations look like in practice, which transformation approaches are genuinely delivering results, and how organisations can build the conditions for technology to create meaningful progress rather than another layer of complexity.

Join our Tech Safari on Day 2

On Day 2 at 11:15-12:00, we'll be taking part in the Procure-to-Pay and AP Automation Tech Safari.

The Tech Safari is a great way to see what procurement technology looks like in practice and explore how different solutions can fit into the real buyer journey.

At Axiom, we will be talking about how organisations can manage the long tail of spend more effectively, from sourcing and catalog strategy to paying new suppliers.

Because tail spend is not one neat problem. It's a collection of different challenges that often end up scattered across multiple systems, teams and processes.

Our goal is to bring those pieces together.

What will we be talking about at Booth 35?

At Booth 35, the conversation will be all about making tail spend simpler, more connected and easier to control.

We'll be talking about how to:
  • Reduce the administrative burden created by one-off purchases
  • Improve visibility across fragmented spend
  • Build a more connected e-sourcing process
  • Use automation and AI to help teams actively manage tail spend
  • Pay new suppliers without adding unnecessary complexity to your ERP or S2P environment
We'll also be happy to show you how MarketPay supports the purchase of goods and services from suppliers that are not yet onboarded or contracted.

The process is simple: upload a quote, specify the supplier email address and send the purchase order. Axiom manages the onboarding and compliance requirements, while the legal relationship remains between the buyer and the supplier.

Less admin. Better control. A cleaner way to manage the long tail.

A quick word from DPW New York

Earlier this year, Alistair and Aaron spoke to CPOStrategy at DPW New York about the three different components of tail spend: sourcing, catalog strategy and paying new suppliers.

Their conversation explored why procurement teams need a connected, end-to-end capability rather than another collection of disconnected tools.

They also discussed the direction of travel for autonomic procurement, where technology does more than complete repetitive tasks. It begins to understand what is happening across the platform and helps teams make smarter decisions over time. You can read the full article here or watch the interview below!

Come and say hello

So, if you are thinking about tail spend, procurement automation, supplier onboarding, AP or the future of autonomic procurement, come and find us at: Booth 35!

We'll be there to talk, listen, demonstrate and probably compare notes on where to find the best coffee near the venue.

See you at DPW Amsterdam 2026 👋
